Policy Information

Shipping & Delivery

NIPHALS uses UPS & USPS & ships Monday through Friday. All Orders placed by 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Sun or a Holiday will be processed & shipped the next business day, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified.

Orders in the United States $200 & over will receive Free Shipping. On Free Shipping orders NIPHALS will use the least expensive of the USPS with confirmation or UPS Ground methods for that order.

International Orders $400 & over will receive Free Shipping if item(s) will fit in one large box. Customs requires that if multiple boxes are shipped that the invoice matches items in the box. NIPHALS then must separate the order & is charged per box. If an order requires more than one box NIPHALS will ship the most expensive box for free and will charge the other box(es) for actual shipping cost(s).

You will be sent an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been received, processed & shipped. This e-mail will include the UPS or USPS tracking number.


Returns & Replacements

We gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

    • ALL SALES FINAL after 30 days of delivery.
    • RETURNS FOR REFUND will ONLY be accepted for items that have not been opened. We do not accept returns on books / literature. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are posted within 72 hours.
    • RESTOCKING FEE items approved for return will have a 20% restocking fee.
    • RETURN SHIPPING COSTS - The cost of a prepaid return shipping label as well as the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the item(s) on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return & only the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please pack and secure your item(s) securely and include all parts. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package. NIPHALS is not responsible for items lost in transit. Merchandise should NOT be sent to the return address on the actual shipping label. All return items should only be sent to the following address:

International Fees

International orders may be liable for customs tax. Additional duties/taxes may be charged in certain countries upon receipt of the merchandise. These fees vary worldwide. When applicable, any additional tax or duty is the responsibility of the customer in his own country, when the merchandise is to be delivered. NIPHALS does not charge for or pay these taxes, as they are specific to each country.


Viewing Orders

Check the status of any of your orders by visiting the My Account page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.

When you click on My Account, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. My Orders summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders.


Updating Account Information

Update any of your personal information by visiting the My Account page, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An Account Information or Address Book link will provide you with the options to update Password, Name or any address information that needs updating.
